Oct. 7 — Early in-person voting begins

Oct. 7 — Last date to register to vote online or via mail

Oct. 18 — Expanded early voting begins in most counties

Oct. 21 — Deadline to request absentee ballot

Journal Polls: 2025 local election

The Journal Polls were conducted Sept. 19 through Sept. 26 by Research & Polling Inc. The polls are based on a random sample of 514 voters who cast ballots in the 2021 and/or 2023 local government election, and a sample of adults who registered to vote since January 2024 and who said they are likely to vote in the upcoming local government election.
